Following in the footsteps of The Fauves, the Expressionist Photography movement takes photographs, digitally manipulates them and then renders them in wild colours. The practitioner most associated with Expho artworks is Godwin Sands, a self-taught lion tamer from Surbiton who studied fine art photography at evening classes in Nairobi, where he was breeding lions to tame on stage as a warm up act for the Liberal Party conference.
